The McLaren 688 MSO HS (High Sport) is an extremely limited-production, track-focused version of the McLaren 675LT built by McLaren Special Operations (MSO) in 2016, with only 25 examples produced for its most loyal clients. It features significant aerodynamic upgrades, including a large P1 GTR-inspired rear wing with an airbrake function, dive planes, and front wing louvers. The car’s name refers to its 688 metric horsepower (679 bhp), an increase of 13 bhp over the 675LT, and it boasts a lightweight carbon fibre chassis, P1 racing seats, and a functional roof snorkel for enhanced engine induction.
